Friday Features
HTEI is committed to amplifying the voices, businesses and creative endeavors of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in our local community. Our Friday Feature posts on social media shine a spotlight on the amazing work of BIPOC and allies.
We are always seeking local authors, community leaders, artists, activists, business owners and entrepreneurs to feature. Our posts raise awareness for individuals who have committed themselves to seeing their dreams come true. A sample of Friday Features are provided below, along with a form to recommend or nominate yourself or others. Once nominations are received, we follow up with folks to get more information, pictures, and schedule the publication.
